And please add what your religion is.

By that I mean, is the best thing: I have a solid moral code, I can talk to god, I get to live forever....

Of all the benefits your religion brings you, which aspect is the best to you? Also, please state which religion you are. Thanks!

I am not old enough to know exactly what happened durning the Vietnam Conflict, however, I do know that Kennedy sent the first troops, Johnson increased the conflict to a full scale war, and Nixon began withdrawing our troops from the war. I am curious as to why Nixon gets blamed for all the miss steps for Vietnam from the left, even though Johnson was the President during the main fighting there.

The reason I pose this question is because I can forsee Bush being blamed for blunders in Iraq if a Democrat becomes the next president and brings the troops home. Do you see a double standard? Do you think a Democrat President will be blamed for bringing the troops home to early? Do you think History will judge Iraq the same as Vietnam, Why?

Please help me out... even though it will come down to which I like best. Yesterday I sat 3 hours switching back and forth between the Twin Amp and the Bassman, and can't decide. The Bassman has got such personality and such a great warm, mid-range tone, BUT I don't like the bright channel. I find the Twin to be more versatile, and sounds great as well, but I can't get that Bassman tone out of my head. I play country and blues and rock, and I know guitarists use both amps... If I decide to go with the Twin, is there any way to emulate that Bassman sound by tweeking the controls?

I heard on CNN the other day that the "U.S. was committed to free and fair elections in Afganistan."
In my view that is like saying the I am committed to making sure that my neighbor attends all of his children's school functions, or that he always treats his wife in a way that I feel is appropriate.
While I understand and agree fully that we should TRY to maintain amicable working relationships with other countries in our global neighborhood, I am furious with the way the U.S. ALWAYS has to butt in and try to influence EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE!
I am against terrorism, but NOT at the expense of the elimination of our constitutionaly recognized and garanteed rights!
I am for protecting and assisting our allies, but not at the cost of robbing our own citizens and avoiding the badly needed reversal of unconstitutional activities of the U.S. government.
I can understand the UN acting this way, it is an intrusive organization, not a sovereign entity.
What are your thoughts?

I aspire on living in Connecticut after highschool with a friend. I currently live in Miami but I really feel out of my element here, knowing english and such. No offense to anybody of course. What are some reccomended places to live, colleges, and etc. I want to live somewhere, where my friend and I can split the rent, be able to go to New York, and live in a good neighborhood. Thanks in advance.

I got a PC-3200 RAM card for my computer but when I checked on my computer BIOS, it says that it has PC2-3200 slots. Is the difference big? Can I still install it on my computer without worries of maybe an overload of my machine and just burn my motherboard?

Does anyone know Angelshezza of Habbo and if so, how often does she come online. We're friends from school and I know she's been having trouble with her internet lately but she was online on the 29th so I've figured her nan's sorted that but I wasn't online then and I haven't seen her online since and I'm really bored and have no-one to talk to on there.

As you may know my lil sis broke up with her bf yesterday. My family and I are goin to a New Year's Eve Party tonight and her ex will be there. He broke up with her by sayin we're over and then left her on her own. My bro is really mad at him for not doing it nicely. What should we (me and my bro) say to him if he talks to us and what should my sis say?

There'll be like 20 teens at the party and 10 parents.

For example, this sharply contradicts all of Revelations.

"Immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he will send out his angels with a trumpet blast, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other. "Learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branch becomes tender and sprouts leaves, you know that summer is near. In the same way, when you see all these things, know that he is near, at the gates. Amen, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. (Matthew 24:29-35)

I'll even start with..

My favorite is from Kahlil Gilbran's 'The Prophet' titled 'On Children'.

"Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of life's longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, and though they are with you, yet they belong not to you. You may give them your love, but not your thoughts. For they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, for their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.

You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you. For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday. You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth. The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite and bends you to his might that his arrows may go swift and far. Let your bending in the archer's hand be for gladness; for even as he loves the arrow that flies, so he loves also the bow that is stable."

Just for saying you're all illiterate
I also said I wasn't coming back to Y.A. yet you still replied to my question ( which was more of a statement than a question). Which kind of proves a point, why reply to a "statement" if I'm not coming back?
I could not resist one last look.
You really make me feel intelligent
Happy new year.
