And please add what your religion is.
By that I mean, is the best thing: I have a solid moral code, I can talk to god, I get to live forever....
Of all the benefits your religion brings you, which aspect is the best to you? Also, please state which religion you are. Thanks!

To not get too caught up in this life and the luxuries of this life, because it's only temporary, but at the same time, do your best because what you make of this life affects the next.
Hard work pays off.

catholic -- and I think the best thing that I have learned from my religion is to love everyone like Christ loved everyone.... granted that this is extremly hard to do and I fail at it EVERY day, but at least I try to do it. And I try to find the good in everyone....

It is not about relegion it is about Jesus Christ!
He is the benefit of LIFE! He is my greatest reward!
I do not believe in Him because I want a crown and rewards when I get to Heaven. I believe in Him because He is LORD!
I believe because of what He has done for me on the cross.
And becuase He has opened my eyes to the truth, through His word- the Holy Bible.
I know there is no other truth, and no other way to God except through Jesus Christ! (John 14:6)

When I learned that I had a right to say NO. So I used it - to say NO to the church. I currently have no religion - but I do follow a philosophy. Its called DEISM.
And I do take responsibility for my own actions, inlcluding my past errors.
I do not attend any church, I dont read any holy books, I beleive in God, but not that Jesus was the son of god, and I dont believe that the resurrection actually happened. It is a physically impossible for ANY human to rise from the dead.
An no this does not come from the devil. I dont beleive in him either.
God gave us reason, not religion.

I'm a Roman Catholic convert, and the biggest thing about my faith that has changed my life for the better is the "attitude of gratitude" I've experienced as a Catholic. When I receive Christ in the Eucharist or see the Crucifix in the front of the Church, I'm reminded that I could never have accomplished my own salvation. I owe Him an eternal debt of thanks and praise.
And when I think of all that He endured for me, it's hard to whine and complain about the little things that happen. Seen in the perspective of what He suffered, my problems don't seem nearly as big.
Being grateful and thanking God for all that He's given me and done for me has made me a very happy and content person.

I don't practice "Religion".
I have a Relationship with GOD,
by accepting HIS SON,
JESUS CHRIST
as my Lord and Savior.
There are many benefits I have experienced.
The best thing however,
is knowing HIM.
