Does that really work for you? Omg, I sound like Dr. Phil. Mea culpa.

On my end, I believe in setting achievable goals in all the important areas of my life, but I also think a person would set him- or herself up for failure with a resolution such as "I"m going to lose twenty pounds by April." Isn't it better to set a more doable broad-based goal, as in "This year I am going to take excellent care of myself--body, mind, and spirit," including in that being open to making sound, step-by-step changes re daily nutrition, exercise, health education, and spiritual practices? Just thinking..

What do you think, folks? Do you make resolutions? Do you set goals? Or do you just hope for the best and let things flow?

We have a lease that expires May 31, 2008. Due to financial situations, we are considering breaking it. We have a $375 dollar concession each month which the lease states we have to pay back if we break our lease, plus 60 days notice, meaning 2 more months or rent. Our consession total is $2625.00 as of today. So to break it today, we would have to pay $4575.00. Are there any ways around this? Are there any legal reasons that you can break a lease?

Help, my gf sucks in bed majorly, she isn't that pretty and she has chubby legs.....She thinks I am in this for the long term but im not and she made me go to christmas to her families and I want to break it off with her cause I know I deserve better because she doesn't even know how to "please" a guy. Is there any way I can make her be better in bed and make her legs skinner I mean I am trying to get her to a size 4 she is at a size 6 now. Or should I just break it off with her and find myself a better girl?

Megan loves her AE jeans. Recently I bought her a really cute pair of L.e.i. jeans. About 75% of the time when she wears them for me, she pees her pants. It just happens without warning. (there's no desperation or she isnt holding it because she cant get to the bathroom) This never happens when she's wearing her AE jeans, and she was never a bed wetter. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have an idea why she is doing this? Please help. give experiences if this happened to you, or give your feedback to why you think she is doing this. Albert and i have been invited to old Mrs McGlumpha's Hogmanay knees-up tonight, but i really don't want to go as that tart of a barmaid will be there. Albert's got a piece of mistletoe in his pocket and i think that's pretty pathetic. He's even had a bath tonight and changed his underpants, so he's obviously hoping to get his leg over.
