quote from the notebooks of lazarus long
Your enemy is never a villain in his own eyes. Keep this in mind; it may offer a way to make him your friend. If not, you can kill him without hate--and quickly
hate can cloud ones judgement-best to keep that in mind at all times-----smile and enjoy the day

Hate sucks. I'm a lover, not a fighter.

If someone told you they hate crime and they hate poverty, you would probably consider them to be fairly reasonable, but if they go on to say that they hate the Christian religion, I guess you'd say they were being politically incorrect.

Hate is good to clean the soul away of it's negativity
It's impossible for someone to always like or love something
I'm an Atheist too but I hate and I think hating is good ... just don't take it to another level like shooting people at the mall or school.
Hate keeps us going. It challenges us to do are best when others wish us the worst. It gets you ready to set up revenge.
Again, not in a violent way - More like in a: " I'll show'em" way.
As long as you can control you're hate it's okay. Let it out in a creative way.
As The Beatles sang:"Take a sad song and make it better"
As for hating people, religions and stuff like that there..Sure, why not? It's your right.
I don't like certain people and their beliefs..but again, as long as you don't act on it.
But at the end of the day, it's really just a waste of energy and you start to realize that it's just that: A waste of energy.
But it's normal .. Everyone hates. Just don't hurt anyone.
Peace and Happy New Year

It's counterproductive and a waste of energy. And even if there are things in this world that deserve at least our dislike, hate often spills over into the unreasonable.

I don't have any hate in my life since I no longer have religion. I feel that people who do have hate in their lives need the help of a professional counselor.

It's pretty useless.
Anger, on the other hand, is useful.
