"You will never find someone that loves you more than I do in your lifetime"
I was trying to be romantic and sent her this text message... She took as I was going to break up with her and got upset. So,she said post it and see what other people would say romantic or (it sounds like your breaking up with someone)..

The intent was to tell her that I loved and cared for her more than anyone in her lifetime... it was suppose to be romantic and I never heard of it as a "line" before or used it as one. But she said she had heard it before twice. and always before a break up.... I was clueless that it sounded like a break up note...

That is romantic, if you are not fighting, if you are fighting it could be taken as you are breaking up.

Does not sound like a break up line, however, it doesn't sound that romantic either. Sounds a little creepy, do you think she is not a great enough girl to find someone else great besides you?

I can see it two ways
you think she is about to break up with you and your trying to show her how much you love her
or
yes, you are very romantic, and its leading you to ask her the big question
I don't see it as your getting ready to break up with her, maybe something else is going on that she would think like that

If it was over a text then I think it is really cute. It would only sound like you were breaking up if you were in the middle of a fight and you like yelled that at her or something. Otherwise I think it is romantic. Maybe try following it up with something like "I'm so happy you are in my life" just to make it more clear.

Sounds like I have heard that line before, come up with your own line that would be more romantic. That didnt sound like a break up line to me.

Sounds like she's over-reacting...you sent a very nice romantic statement...tell her to let it go. Next time, you better leave the romantic statements for face to face encounters only so she can understand you mean it. Happy New Year!

No buts its not romantic either. Try This one, but you have to do it in person
"Close Your eyes there is something in your eyes." and when she closess her eyes kiss her tenderly

Depends on your tone if you were to say it!!!
HOWEVER.. you text it to her and if it's a text it does sound like a break up trigger.
