I know about Kayak and travelocity and Cheaptickes and Expedia and Orbitz... is there anything else? So far, Kayak is the best one I have found.

Is there a lot of different things to do? I'm going with my Mom and she likes the cultural stuff. I do too but not as much. I'm more into nightlife and the beach. Are any of the other keys nice as well and what are the beaches like in Key West?

A few years ago our local news did a story on a man who was building an Old West Town in Texas where you could spend the night, eat, guns fights.
Does anyone know anything about this place or anything like it in Texas?

I am doing research on the net but still, real life feedback means more to me. I live in northern kentucky, ugh, and am tired of this weather and everything about this area. I am 26, single, and i know i hate cold weather, i do not mind rain, i dont want extreme heat all the time but i definetly know i never want to see my breath when i breathe again. I also am going into stand-up (comedy), so access to some comedy clubs is a must. I know i either want somewhere in florida, california, south carolina, hilton head mostly, or if anyone else lives or have lived somewhere that sounds like what i would want, please let me know! most wealthy people in cities go to live in suburbs. what is left behind is the poor and high crime areas of an inner city. most commerce takes place in the outskirts, near strip malls and shopping malls which are miles away from the actual city. How can we bring people back to the city and revitalize what was once the heart of a bustling commerce center?
