If I sent the letters monday of next week, would they arrive by thursday?

Possibly, but I wouldn't count on it. You could send them Priority and then they should. The clerk at the PO should be able to tell you when they'll arrive.

Yes. But you could guarantee it by sending it Express Mail which is about $12 or you can send it Priority Mail for around $4 but Priority is not guaranteed but it pretty exact. Sending it early is always good. If this is a payment for something, consider setting up an online account to pay the bill directly to avoid late fees.

It should, but if you want to make sure mail it a day ahead where mail is picked up on the weekend. You may want to take into account whether it has to go over a lot of snow. Do you want it to get there on Thursday or by Thursday. You could ask your post office to be almost sure. If it has to go to a resident it would probably be for sure. If it's going to a big office building where they have to sort mail after it gets there; it may take an extra day.

yes they should. It usually takes no more than 3 days. Just to be on the safe side drop you letter in the morning on Monday.

I would just ask at the Post Office when you go to mail them.
They will tell you the surest way of getting them there on time.

dont forget you can also send them Fedex and Fedex
can get it there by 8:00am, 10:30am or afternoon the next day

`postmark them before noon and they will make it- if not send them priority mail- costs $3
