We're going on vacation to Myrtle Beach in July. Our daughter will be 21 months old. What are some things to do that she would enjoy? So far I've come up with The Butterfly Pavilion, Ripley's Aquarium and the Children's Museum. Any other ideas? Thanks!

All of the above!
The aquarium is wonderful! The colours and marine life are breathtaking.
The Children's Museum is a kid's dream come true! My son LOVED that place. Excellent for any age and very hands on.
Never been to the butterfly pavilion.
And of course, the beach is a huge hit. We could have spent 12 hours a day there and my son would not get sick of it. We've been several times and it's always fun.

The beach and state park. There used to be a carnival area in downtown MB with rides for younger citizens—might work well with Mom along. Lots of food and ice cream. There is a black swan park but it would need a drive. There is a statuary park that she would not appreciate as art work but you might and playing with her in the park and taking pictures might be fun. Take sunscreen.

Well the Aquarium is nice for kids but I wasn't impressed with it. Here are a few others

i have a almost 5 yr old and we're planning a late summer trip there and we decided to rent a condo instead of staying at a hotel and have found a few that have toddler water parks on ground, lazy rivers and stuff like that..what you have listed there would be good...you dont want to plan too many things for a child of that age,she will get bored easily and cranky..we tried mgm studios when my gal was 24 months and it was too much...try and keep it low key with not alot of in your face stuff,so to say

as for the buterfly place we have one near us in niagara falls and took our daughter there this summer and she freaked out at the flying butterflies and the fact that some tried to land on her,she did walk through with me but couldnt wait to get out
