I live in the high desert area of southern california and im just wondering how much would I be looking at spending on gas
driving to oregon from cali

man it is way longer than 10 from LA hours. It is like 8 hours from san francisco to eugene. And another probably 6 hours to LA. Probably take between 14 - 16 hours. Total of over 800 miles. My car which gets decent high way miles at 30mpg on the free way would require approximately 2 tanks of gas (mine holds 15 or so) so it would cost $80 round about.

depends on the car but probably close to the $125 that the other person said. just one way
