Is Westchase a good town? Is is close to the beach? Are other towns better? I am looking for a least a 3/2 in the $300k range.

I'm starting a new job in Orlando and thus have to relocate. I don't want to live somewhere where everything screams Disney. Instead I'd love to move to a nice suburban area with low crime rates, good schools and with all the essentials (shopping etc) close by. Any recommendations? Please explain in your answer why you picked a specific place. Thank you very much!

I don't have any kids and we always get that week off. But I don't have a ton of money to spend. I live in NJ and would have to fly. I like places with a kitchen and a beach. I am also open to other places besides Florida.

I was given a police number to call and they gave me a report number to give to my insurance company.They wont accept that alone and say I need a letter confirming that I reported the loss. I am from INDIA me my wife and 2 kids 13 and 9 are visiting orlando from 17th to 25 of dec and planning to visit 2 days magic kingdom ,1 day epcot centre, 1 day kennedy space centre , 1 day at wet n wild , 1 day universal studios and 1 day at adventure island am i missing something at the most i can extend 2 days as i dont want to get stuck in busy christmas weekend
