Well keep in mind that all of the parks will be very busy during this time. But you should enjoy all of the amazing shows and decorations for the holidays. 1 day is typically enough time to visit the Magic Kingdom. I recommend that you spend that extra day at either Disney's Animal Kingdom or Disney's MGM Studios. And keep in mind that the water parks will only be open if weather is permitting. They sometimes shut down for cold weather. So be sure to check www.weather.com 1 week before you come to the states. Just do a search for Orlando, Florida. Have a back up plan in case any of the water parks, like Wet and Wild are shut down due to inclimate weather.
Otherwise, you sound like you have a packed schedule! Islands of Adventure is a lot of fun, especially if your kids and you guys enjoy coasters!

well, kennedy space center is a bit of a journey from orlando -- about 2 hours. it's well worth the trip but.... i think you will actually have one extra day -- with kids that age you may want to save that extra Magic kingdom day for a "float" and do with it as you will - once you are there. there is the downtown disney shopping, animal kingdom or MGM and then, depending on where you are staying - most of the disney properties are a day adventure in their own rite! If the kids are into american movies -- MGM is a must!!!!! have a wonderful time!!!

You completely missed Sea World. It's something that you will not want to miss. It's worth extending your vacation.
Discovery Cove is also part of SW and it is awesome. It's a full day of snorkeling and swimming with dolphins, dinner is included and so is parking and you get a free 7 day pass to Sea World with it. It's a little expensive but so worth it. Last time I checked it was $179. per person
Wet n wild and adventure island are nothing compared to the awesome time your family will have at Discovery Cove and Sea World. I have been with my family and I highly recommend it.

that should be fine, but you may want a "pool" day so the kids can rest. ~~~~
