Depends on what you want to major in.
USF has the best education school in FL
UF medical
FSU law
Design I don't know to much but that IADT has a program for it (fashion design). It is a private college though and is located in Orlando.

The University of Florida is THE BEST university in Florida, hands down. The quality of the education you receive at other universities pales in comparison to the education and attention from professors you receive at UF. Not only that, but UF is recognizable all across the US and the rest of the world.
If you want to go to a school for design and are looking into FSU, I would recommend FSU over USF any day. It goes against my better judgment to suggest anyone go to FSU (being that I am a Gator), but I have heard they have an excellent film school.
I still recommend UF, you'll have to look into it and make the call based on what your interests are.
