Time is hard to sell. You will have to sell it your self if you don't want to pay Co. to do it. Feel lucky to get fifty cents on the dollar. If you have a high week in a top tourist area you may have a chance to get out ,but a low red week during the rainey season well what can one say.Run an add in the news who knows?
