Me, My wife and my sister in law are going to Disney world for 3 days and will visit 3 of the 4 disney world parks. (NO KIDS)

So if I have to miss one which should I miss?

Animal Kingdom

I don't want to bring too much money but on the other hand I don't want to bring my entire bank account. I hear that Disney is very expensive so I'm just looking for an estimate to see how much one would generally spend on food and entertainment since tickets and hotel are already paid for. Thanks in advance.
