If you just want to wonder around the streets like a tourist the International Drive (I-Drive) or US 192 are the places to do so.

There are plenty of great shops in the Orland/Kissimme area, you can prolly get good stuff cheap just off Disney world

Downtown Disney is good. I definitly recommend the Mall @ Millenia if you are like a "high-end" buyer.
