I would go directly to Disney website, a local Disney Store, or AAA. I have heard some stories of people getting ripped off at other "discount" sites. At least when dealing directly with Disney, you know you are getting what you pay for.

I don't recommend purchasing them online from anyone other than Disney. You can visit your local AAA office if you are a member for discount tickets or visit your local Disney Store to save a few dollars.

WARNING!!! (Watch out for tramps and thiefs)
I have had several bad experiences...
I do believe after all this years visiting Disney that the best options and best way to buy is directly with Disney and Disney promotions... There is a lot of people looking for the opportunity to cheat on you... so watch out...
And if you let me... No even travel agencies rates are comparable to what you can directly book at the online disney store in terms of "Hooper" (means ticket availability) prices...

Plan your vacations here, dates, promotion, even hotel and car-rental (where yes you can find better stuff out there, not here)
