I'm assuming most answers will say "to backpack," but I'm wanting tips on how to get around, where to stay, what to do for fun, etc...I want to take a month-long trip for very, very cheap. Thanks for your ideas!

Booked flight for 3 and paid 9euro for each piece of luggage to be checked in. Now email says additional 10 euros to put baggage in hold = 19 euros x 3 in total!! Where do they think "checked-in-paid-for "baggage goes?!

Do I have to buy extra insurance to pay for items these baggage
handlers "relieve" me of?!

I'm a nurse in NHS and give oodles of extra info to patients on their 2nd cousin's-divorced-sister's-brother-in-law's-neighbour's-best-friend's little problem all free gratis - throw in an extra blood test, vaccine info you would pay a clinic plenty for and all for the same ol' static salary -how dare these airlines assume charges for pressing buttons on computers (WE'll be lifting the bags on to the conveyer belt) AND Ive had my own herniated disc from lifting people (in bad old days) 3 times heavier than the average suitcase, Last gripe- paid £10 excess baggage 1977 going to VSO friend in Ghana when I was 7st. man behind 18-20st - no excess baggage - DUUHHHH!!!

Soon, I'm going to Disney World with my family. I wanted to know if they alow you to bring your own food there. Like, some six flags parks don't allow you to bring your own food there. So does Disney World say the same thing? And will they allow us to bring bags of stuff? Stuff like vitamins, medicine, a misting spray fan bottle, lotion, a change of clothes, and a swim suit. Will they allow us to bring this stuff?

I am renting a truck to load all of my belongings and don't have a second person to drive my car. Costs of having a mover transport the car are prohibitive. How do I move it myself?

Ok, my husband is deployed and My 3 young children (5 and younger) and I are moving to a different house in about a month. I am so stressed about moving in 1 month with 3 kids and a housefull of stuff. To make life a little less stressful when the time to move actually is here Im trying to figure out what to pack now. I have packed up books, some pots and pans, and then I draw a blank. I have looked around my house, but the stress of just thinking about the move causes me to fluster and then I cant even think about what to pack. The housing department on post will only allow us 5 days to move all of our stuff out of the house and to clean it once i sign for our new house. Any suggestions would be great cause Im going nuts thinking about this.
