For those aged more than 50 yrs.... recently applied for ECNR... They wrote on page 2 like
" Endorsement on page 2 regarding emigration check required(ECR) has been deleted by this office"
I would like to know... ECR deleted means.... ECNR required / not required

ECR - Emigration Clearance Required.
If you are a graduate.
ECNR - Emigration Clearance Not Required.
If you are not a graduate.
I believe as per the latest rules, this stamp is not required on the passports.

I am married woman age 52 years and traveling to dubai on a visit visa with my husband who is 58 years of age
my passport shows ECR stamp and my husband has a ECNR stamp can i trvel to dubai as i am going on a tour and will be staying in a hotel please let me know i am flying on an emirate airways

I got applied and got my passport when I was pursuing graduate at 2008. i completed my graduate and PG. also. when i got the passport i have ECR staming on that. now im, planning to go to UK with my husband. will it be any problem in VISA stamping, if im gng with the same passport?
