I wan tto know if I am able to mail snow thru UPS or fed EX or usps of course it would have to be overnight express but what is the best way to assure that when they receive it ... it will still be SNOW and not ice or water. I will be sending this from Illinois to Florida

yes you can. pack it with dry ice

I don't know if you could pack it in dry ice or not. Yes, would definitely have to be overnight.
Some physics person will have to tell us why not. I'm sure there's a reason to spoil the fun of sending a snowball to someone.

First you will have to get styrophone containers with dry ice in them. The same way, they mailed me my TBone steaks. Then ask UPS what is procedure for mailing dry ice in a container.

i dont think you can. because it will melt. depending on if youcould sent like a mini freezer thing with snow in it. haha
