Am planning to go to Puerto Vallarta (coming from Europe). Could anyone advise on where to stay and what to see?

I am in my late 20s and was thinking of renting a condo for a week with a friend (but not sure where in P.V is best). Would like some night life but also want to see some of the sights...

Is there a site where I can find the estimated time of sunset in May? We are getting married in Puerto Vallarta in May 2007 and want a sunset ceremony so I need to know what time to book the ceremony. Also, has anyone heard anything good/bad or otherwise or been to Dreams Vallarta, and what is the paperwork like if we are unmarried Canadians getting married in Mexico?

Going in July 2007. We want the beach, but also fun things to do like scuba diving, cliff diving, cultural stuff, jeep off-roading, jet skiing, etc.

I'm not rich or famous, so the luxury areas are out. I just want to move there for the people, weather, culture and food. Finding a small job would also be helpful. I understand there are several expat communities there, but am finding it hard to find specific information. Any suggestions?
