how would the airport here or in mexico know he has a felony? is it listed under a drivers license #? all you judgemental people need not reply! his probation officer told him to go just not to get into any trouble and not to tell anyone. what the heck does that mean? is it the just don't say anything policy? he's not a drug addict just got caught having recreational fun like a million other people and just happened to get caught.

The answer is yes. As long as he has permition from his probation/parole officer (if he has one, which he should). If he's checking in once a month he should go in between check in's and never mention it (if you want him to go). Chances are they wont give him permition. You normally aren't allowed to cross state lines much less country borders. There is no way they can catch him since they do not ask or check for this information at the border. Coming back in is the same thing, you will not get asked for that information. I wouldn't recommend it, they are strict for a reason. Good luck.

Sure, but he can't come back. I'm sure he'll be a hit with the Mexican Federales - or, more likely, the drug smugglers. Sounds like he has a pretty decent skill set for the job.

As long as he's not on probation. He can travel. You both will need your Driver's Lisceneses and Birth Certificates, or a passport.

Probably not. The US could give a **** but the mexicans are extremely strict about criminals.......criminals are to move out of mexico and into the US only.

I'm not sure, ask your local PD they could tell you, if he is not in jail then I don't see why not, but if he is on probation then no...but I would check with your local PD

No problem if his Passport doesn't say he's a convicted felon.
