Plan to go there in two weeks, but I've seen some reviews online saying there is jelly fish "invasion". Is it so bad...?

i'm most likely going to cancun in a week. i would love to hear some experience stories...
ive heard that some people walked in their hotel room to find dirty mexicans sniffing their panties...
no offense to hispanics, but any mexican who sniffs panties is a dirty mexican.

but i'd like to know YOUR stories.

I need internet links if at all possible. I have info on when and why they celebrate, but not WHAT they do. Also, if there is any traditional food, music, or crafts that are appropriate to the celebration, that would be great.

Can someone give me advice maybe from a past experience. Here's the deal. For a while I've been wanting to move to Guadalajara and maybe find a job and a small apartment to live in. The problem is that I have no college education and was thinking of even going to college there. I am 100% bilingual and would have no problem fitting in the problem would be finding somewhere to work/live. Since I'm young I would like to find somewhere modern but not too expensive. Any ideas?

...Is it safe at Rosarito Beach.... Is it safe to go and eat dinner there (we don't like lobster...I'm thinking more like tacos).... Do you know anything about horseback riding there?
