Its in the coast of guerrero. Look a it for yourself http://www.maps-of-mexico.com/guerrero-state-mexico/guerrero-state-mexico-map-main.shtml acapulco is in the third line and third level. Acapulco is the most important city because of its turistic importance but its not the capital city. The capital is chilpancingo and its an ugly place nothing interesting. Yhere is other city, Taxco famous for her silver works in jewlery and objects its a small and nice town to visit and its jewlery shops are amazing.

It is not possible, and thank goodness for that! Mexico is a sovereign country. The US is a sovereign country. There is no possible way for Mexico to become a state since it is not and never will be part of the US.
