For planning purposes, I need to know when does the low season ends, regarding travelling to Europe. I understand that air tickets, car rental prices and most services are up after the high season starts.

I realize that some Armenian users are abusing history and keep asking questions here to mislead people with no back-ground knowledge about Turkish history. I am an American, and had the chance to study in Spain a few years back. I am going to visit for a few weeks after xmas, London, Paris, Seville, and then Dublin. I was hoping to extend my trip, and work in a hostel in exchange for room and board, is this common. I have extensive travel experience, and currently work in a hostel. Thanks

Hi there , we are thinking of going to Poland, Chezh Repubic and countries near them . regards to this ,

1) Weather in the countries , are they all the same ?

2) What sort of clothes to pack , we are going in late April to May ?

We are a family of 3 adults who will be in Paris,France for one week in March of 08. We want to stay in Paris for only three days and are wondering if anyone one has any ideas where we can go for 4days anyhere not to far from Paris.Our adult daughter loves to snowboard.Is there any ski area that is not too far from the Paris area that we can go to? I'm trying to find a nice hotel in Austrian mountains in which to spend the New Year holiday with my girlfriend, and I can't find one decent site that will tell me clearly:
- which are the most common 10-20 mountain resorts,
- how you get there
- which are the hotels and how to contact them,
- how close to the ski resorts, what is the view like (I'd really like to go somewhere in the mountain, not in the middle of a city), etc.

I'm not a retard, I know how to use Google, but unfortunately the specific area of tourism is filled with spam pages and I don't have the patience anymore, I've been over a couple dozen sites :(...

I would kindly appreciate any help. Thank you!
