Is this in UK or the Netherlands? Urgent...?

I'm confused whether these places are in the UK or in the Netherlands? Where oh where? And if possible, can you tell me the name of the landmark and the city?

Place 1 is the 'Binnenhof', Den Haag, (the Hague) Netherlands, several photos taken across the 'hofvijver'
Number 2 might as well be the Netherlands, as I have never seen advertisements for 'Oranjeboom bier' in other countries, in which case Scheveningen (part of the Hague) is the most likely place.

Added:
If you use google images and search on Binnenhof and Scheveningen pier you will find many photos for you to compare.

OK here goes
Both places are Netherlands, the city is called The Hague (in dutch Den Haag)
Place one is De Vijverberg. What you see on the three first pictures is the little lake (Vijver) and the buildings of the Government centre of The Netherlands. The fourth is taken after the person walked around the lake and went inside the "compound". She is standing before the info centre.

Place two is Scheveningen (suburb The Hague) the beach city of The Hague. The first three pictures are of De Pier (boardwalk stretching into the sea. On the fourth she is standing on the Boulevard (the road paralel to the coastline)
