Quickest is the train, (no check-in time and you travel from the center of town to the center of town, you can find the prices and times here:

I checked the times, you can do it in just over 3 hours at least 6 trains a day, how much it costs depends on when you travel and how much you want to be able to return your ticket when you change your mind.
On the day I took for the test the prices range from not yet €40 to €80, so you best have a look yourself, selecting the day and time that suits you best.

You can also fly, take a bus, go by car, or even walk or go by bicycle.
Bus is likely to be the cheapest, but I could not find the English page, here is the overall site the bus in Europe: http://eurolines.com/
For flights just google cheap tickets and the names of the towns, but remember to add the time and money to and from the airports.
