I just went on a cruise and really enjoyed it. I also think I would really enjoy working on a cruise ship...

Our crusetour includes a 5 hour "Natural History Tour" in Denali National Park. Our 10-year old son is super-hyperactive, and we're concerned about his ability to sit through this. We've been on other bus tours on shore excursions and done ok, but usually you get off the bus every once in a while. Anyone else done this? We want to see the park, but not this way if it'll be impossible for the kid. And if we can't do this, what should we do instead?

I wear glasses and will be snorkeling for the first time next month. Because I do not know anything about snorkeling, I would appreciate any suggestions on what to do since I wear glasses (cannot wear contacts) and want to enjoy my snorkeling experience to the fullest (and do not see well without my glasses).

Is it better to self assist or leave the bags out the night before? I've seen pros and cons to both and would like opinions. Thanks!

Does anyone know if Carnival or any other cruise line will give a full refund on a booked cruise if it is cancelled due to a Hurricane or do you have to purchase some type of insurance coverage to get your money back?

Taking a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale sometime soon. Which cruise should I take? Which countries are the best? Which are the worst? What is your opinion of Cozumel? Grand Caymen? Belize? Jamaica? Others?

I hear that Cruise Liners are the most elaborate and romantic ways to travel, well I`ll never know, because I have a strong phobia about a great body of water like the ocean, and lakes too. I hear the cruise ships are equipped with a shopping mall, and P.O. is this true? I just know the`re very large.what do they have on them?

Does anyone know if you can travel on a cruise ship with a dog? I need to do some traveling and I can't bear the idea of flying with my old dog? If you know if I can travel on a cruise ship, could you tell me what lines allow it?

Thanks!!!

Have taken many crusies on the eastern side of the US but was wondering if the ocean may be rougher on the western side. Will i need sea sick meds if i have not needed them before?

I am in the midst of putting together a family vacation in late july for my family of 5 (two adults and kids ages 18,15 and 4.) I want to do a cruise, but am unsure if I am getting a good price. The price I was quoted in $6,500 and it will include the following:
Five round trip tickets from Albuquerque to Houstan and a shuttle to Galveston,TX, a seven day/seven night cruise from Galveston to the western carribean with several port stops along the eastern coast of Mexico including Cozemel, ship accomodations are two estate cabins with balconies, all food and ship activities are included. The ship is a new "mega" ship shich is part of the Carnival line. The only things not included are alcohol and gambling. The agent I am working with to help me insists these prices are very reasonable. Is she right? Could I do better?
