Our crusetour includes a 5 hour "Natural History Tour" in Denali National Park. Our 10-year old son is super-hyperactive, and we're concerned about his ability to sit through this. We've been on other bus tours on shore excursions and done ok, but usually you get off the bus every once in a while. Anyone else done this? We want to see the park, but not this way if it'll be impossible for the kid. And if we can't do this, what should we do instead?

My first time going to Denali, I was 5...however I was/am not hyperactive. I immediately fell in love with the Park. We did not go on the Natural History Tour...and even now, I don't think a Natural History Tour would be interesting to me. Browse the different types of tours and ask your cruise line if you could possibly substitute the Natural History Tour for another tour.
