That's like asking what would you do if you won the lottery. There are so many possiblities. I'd have to say try the USVI particulary St. John.
You may want to check out the Travel Channel's website under travelers reviews. People rate their trips and give suggestions to what to do and see. There are even pictures too!

I liked Montreal/Quebec City in Canada in the summer.
And Santa Fe/Taos in New Mexico is nice too.

Since you put this under cruise travel, I assume you are wanting to take a cruise. In this case, my favorite are Panama Canal, Alaska and Hawaii. These are my absolute favorite to take unless you are wanting longer, more expensive cruises.
