Costa is a great cruise line. The service is really great, the ports are really great as well. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a little more expensive than other lines, but well worth it. I think they have some of the best food you will find on a cruise. i've been on a costa cruise out of florida (to the caribbean and mexico) and it was excellent! the ship we went on (the mediterranea) now sails out of rome according to vacation.com's magazine so the shipboard service would be the same. the ship is beautiful and the crew is awesome.. they treated us like royalty. The food is also to die for. I would sail with them again.
