My NAFTA permit expires next month. I need to return to Canada and re-entry USA.

We are trying to plan our honeymoon for this July. We live in Washington state, and really can't afford airfare to Mexico or we would be on our way, so we are thinking of going to Canada. We can drive there, and wouldn't have to pay for the pass ports. Does anyone know any great places in Canada to stay on the west coast side? A city or specific hotel would be great!
