you could take a cab from the airport to the Falls,not sure if they can cross the bridge though,if you do not have alot of stuff with you you can walk across the Rainbow Bridge,not sure where exactly this hotel is but it can't be too far from the water

Niagara Falls is on the Canada/US border and is less than an hours drive from Buffalo.
