My daughter and her friends want to take a limo to Canada for her friend's 19th birthday. I was wondering if they needed any paperwork or anything to go. I've only been there once as a child, and I don't know if, in this post 9/11 world, the security has changed. Thanks!

We are staying at the Travelodge in Richmond BC and getting the ferry to Victoria the next day. Option 1-Take the shuttle back to the airport, then the Pacific Coach Lines to the ferry. Total cost is $75.75 for 2 adults and kid, but the travel time is so long this way. Second option, take a taxi from the hotel to the ferry but someone said it would be over $100 cab fare! Is this true?

Reason I ask is because, I'm graduating in August from my Graphic Design class and my dad is going to send me on vacation to wherever I want to go.
