Calgary to the Saskatchewan border is 349 km (about 3.5 hours driving time)

Calgary to Regina is 762 km (about 8 hours)

Don't listen to map quest. I can drive from Calgary to Stockholm Sk (far south east of saskatchewan) in about 9 hrs. and there's two stops in there for gas and food.

It's approx. 475 miles from Calgary to Regina.
You did not mention the ending point ....

From Calgary to the AB/SK border is about 240 miles.

To the border, about three hours drive. To a city like Saskatoon, about 7 hrs.
