Okay, I will assume you are wanting to move to and live in Canada, but don't know where to start.

In general the process will take 1-3+ years and cost $1,200 per person in application fees and other cots.

You live in Canada like you would live anywhere else.
Or do you mean, you would like to live in Canada and don't know how to go about getting here from where you are? If so,go to a Canadian embassy in your country, look at immigration laws etc.
