Temperatures from 15C to 35C, average 25C, all year, day and night. Humidity 50 - 60%. About 800-1200mm rainfall p.a. spread out pretty evenly. Does this place exist? Even a small pocket somewhere tucked away? Thanks for all your advice!

Anyone got any ideas what I could get her e.g. is there anything english that she won't be able to get in australia, or something small to pack that she might find useful out there!
Thank you!

If I only had 10 days to see parts of New Zealand (self drive), do you think I should focus most of the time on the South Island...or are there some parts of the North Island which should not be missed?
I am mainly interested in seeing natural scenery, mountains and coastlines...not so much the big cities.
Thanks

Hi! i m doing a 4 year course in Australia and currently back in Singapore for holidays...and m thinking what to bring back...
In my first year, I brought pots and pans and discovered them to be cheaper in Australia!! And ditto for rice cookers and slow cookers; thank God I didn't bring those!!
But I have found some items like shoes and stationary to be much cheaper back home. What else did you bring back to Australia OR wished that you had brought?
Thanks for sharing!

And the best travel firm / package / ticket to use - we are unfortunately 30 years to late to get Student discount and too young for pensioners discount!!

I have just recently been on a holiday to Australia and NZ. I would have thought the aussies would have been friendler than the kiwis but apparently not so.

I found that most of the aussies i came across gave me **** about being a canadian. And the kiwis were friendly as.

Is this statement true or is it just me?

Give me a full story from both sides

I'm currently in Grade 10 and living in Canada. I really want to move to Australia or New Zealand in about three or four years. Me and my friend have talked about moving together and working their for a couple years, perhaps even becoming citizens.

I really need to know what I'll need to do to make this happen - and where I should go. NZ or AUS? What do I need to do to work there and / or get citizenship? Thanks for any help.
