If you have been reading the Sydney Morning Herald you would know that the rental market in Sydney at the moment is extremely competitive and getting a flat there is taking on average 6 weeks. Maybe opt for Melbourne?

I think Sydney and Perth are the two most expensive real estate cities in Aust. Try Melbourne. It is really beautiful....... If I wasn't a Perth girl that's where I would be.

There are internet sites but detail is not very good Melbourne I would try Werribee or Sunshine
