My social studies teacher just told the class that Filipinos suck. She thinks China is better even though its overpopulated. She even told us that at least China plants their own rice. (She said that the Filipinos depend on the rice products of Vietnam.) I dont even think its true. What would you feel? By the way shes a Filipino, I cant believe she would say that.

I am just sick and tired of answering those stupid questions and especially reading the answers.. I try not to answer some of them, but sometimes some of the answers are false and really offensive. I feel so frustrated when people have negative views and post racist statements about Korea, and I constantly end up defending the truth to them. It's like they have absolutely no clue about Korea's deep history and culture.. They are the ones who need to study more history.

I did and thought it was a good show. However, I was concerned about the attendance. I expected more people. I also, never expected to get a floor ticket 30 minutes after the doors opened.

All the while not knowing you loved me too.

I'm told that in general, most Japanese do not know how to speak English and cannot converse well in English with foreigners. I'll be going to Japan for my F&E holiday so I'm thinking if I need to pick up some useful phrases just in case I lose my way in Japan and can't get ready help because of the language barrier.

One thing which I find peculiar is, since Japan is undoubtably the most advanced country in Asia, why is the majority of Japanese monolingual? Aren't Japanese supposed to learn English apart from Japanese in schools? Or is it because it is a closed economy with strong cultural and national pride such that it does not feel the need for its people to be effectively bilingual?

Im a Filipino. My friends too are also. But they dont like it. If ask by our teachers which do you like, Philippines or western countries? Of course they would choose the western countries. I answered philippines and my classmates teased me for the answer. They said its worse than africa. I dont agree with all their opinions. And I also think that africa is not bad. How should I feel?
