We often let our lives get into a routine. We travel the same routes. We look in the same directions as we travel over those roads. We do things the same way over and over.
You can spice up your lives by forcing yourself to change. Chew you food longer; it will actually change the flavor and help you lose weight. As you commute to work , force yourself to look away from the normal places you look. You will discover things you never saw before. Change your routine, alter the speed, do it different. You will fine new sensations; new flavors.

Yes.
After making my coffee in the morning, I hold on to the mug and sip my brew, a little at a time, as I walk around the garden. Nothing better than a hot cup of coffee while viewing the plants bathed in early morning dew on a chilly Tagaytay morning.

1. My work. I work on precision instruments and sensitive equipments on the airplanes. As much as possible I dont want to do it rush and create troubles. Besides I treasure every minute of my work. (I'm paid by the hour)
2. The time I spent with my family. Nice and slow. No rush.
3. Relaxation time, time for myself.
4. My time with God. Prayer and meditation.

I like to bathe slowly. Bath time is ME-time, so I like to take a reeeally long bath, especially in the evening. ^_^
