I just got back from a trip in China. While waiting at the lobby of a 5 star hotel, I saw this well dressed man,(obviously a Chinese from the way he speaks) spitting onto the carpet of the hotel. Spittons has long been removed from many places, but old habits die hard. In the efforts to be more civilised (wen ming), the Chinese government have put up posters against the don't of personal habits - and spitting is one of them. I wonder when the Chinese improve on this aspect of their culture.

i think it's a complete waste of time. 45 days freeze before and after eleksyon for infrastructure project at all level is simply ridiculous. Why do they spend more time cheating people and give false hope during campaign than actually work on development of the country?

I think Filipino spend too much time politicking rather than actually deliver what have been promised during eleksyon. Just look at more developed neighbour singapore and malaysia. they dont have this kind of ridiculous rule. Infrastructure project keeps going on and on. why is that happen to our country?

I'm not against people who wants to run for position during eleksyon but we must start to take politics more seriously. it's not time for us to gain short-lived publicity. Be more aware and realistic. If u cant pay your own family to live well how can you become representative of people who voted for you (iraqi hostage who wants to contest)

And for Film and boxing star. They are no different.

What's the best time to travel to South Korea to see the locations where the koreanovelas were shot like FULL HOUSE, PRINCESS HOURS, LOVERS IN PARIS and JEWEL IN THE PALACE? I'm afraid my 2yo daughter will not enjoy those places.

I came across some Questions here in Yahoo, saying that in Malaysia the national langguage (Bahasa Malaysia) is seldom being used in communicating whereas to English. For me it's true if you're expecting Malaysian to speak fluent BM as if with none grammartical errors an so on. Malaysians instead normally used bahasa rojak. Since most of non Malays in Malaysia aren't fluent in bahasa rojak or slangs, that is why they tend to communicate in English. But still, not English-English but more to Manglish. True?
