Use LDP direction to Damansara/ 1 Utama. When reach KDU keep left (dont turn in KDU) and the is a traffic light beside the underpass.
The traffic light then turn right towards section 16/ Phileo damansara.
Look for mount kiara sign, you will then pass KLGCC. Go stright and look for Sri Hartamas sign and you ll find it.

The route that saves money would be to head onto LDP (heading towards to PJ) - go pass Kelana Jaya, straight on all the way to Damansara Highway and there will be a turning to Hartamas
