Can anyone advise me re good expat style condo apartments near SICC - alternately, how long would it take to drive to SICC from district 9 ( Orchard / Holland area )?
Average prices would be appreciated for 4 bedroom accommodations.

SICC is situated at Adam Road, somewhere in the middle fo the Singapore island. It is close to the Bukit Timah area (district 10) where there are literally dozen of condo apartments. Good choices will include the Sterling, Watten Estate, Trevose Gardens etc. Look up in the Classified ads in the local newspaper for vacancies. A four bedroom will cost about S$2500-4000/mth depending on location.
