I would suggest looking through the papers first to get an idea of the overall pricing for each area. What I had found when I was looking at property in KL that there was no listing of prices for real estate agents like you would find in the US. You will also see that most Condo's have a current price based upon the Sq ft so this will give you a ballpark price based on what size you are looking for. If you are looking at investment property start looking in the Mount Kiara area in the paper.

Try The Star (newspaper) classified. You ll find quite a huge number of KL properties and the price is quite updated.

The great thing about the website is that it comes with a lot of photos. You can check properties for sale or for rent.
The other one which I also use is the star classifieds. However there are not many photos available, so you really need to know the area which you are looking for
