Oh, great. Just when I start getting some good answers to my previous post about a nicer dialogue, someone goes and starts a verbal war with Egypt...!!

Now children, let's all play nicely, OK? We have all aired our grievances - let's start edging forward and try and say some positive things about each other. Yes, I know you will all find this terribly hard - but TRY!

Jews/Israelis - say something nice, that you genuinely think is good/attractive about Muslims

Muslims - you do the same, for Jews.

I'm really trying here - come on guys, help me out....

It is estimated that less than 20 leopards exist in all of Israel, with less than 100 in all of the Arabian peninsula . Much of Israel's fascinating array of animals was hunted to extinction by the Romans, Christians, and Muslims(this is not politics, go to hell) when they occupied the land and during the Crusader period-animals such as lions, bears, and cheetahs. Today the conservation status of leopards in Israel is that of critically endangered.
A well-known verse in Judaism goes "it is an insult to God to let his creations die out" Can someone save the leopards in Israel?
Obviously no cooperation can exist with the Arab countries-even for the sake of science. What about Africa? The cats there are of the same species (panthera pardus), and the ones from Africa and Israel have not undegone so much genetic variation that they can't produce viable offspring. So should programs exist with the African countries with leopards to save and to increase Israel's leopard population?

Then the travel Israel section would be clear of all politics and only for travel as its meant to be. Also the people that need to speak about politics could go there.

It becomes clear with every passing year that both sides are willing and unable to come to a final peace agreement.

So why even bother?

For those huffing and puffing about the Palestinians it will not be a problem if done properly.
Those that do not wish to live in Israel will be given compensation to immigrate to any nation that will take them.
Those that wish to stay will be given permanent residency status with the opinion to apply for citizenship (just like Arabs of Jerusalem)
Those that wish to continue the violence will be deported to Gaza where they can have their Islamic state.

It would be nice if the Palestinians could have a state in the West Bank, but no one has really wanted it in the last 60 years. So why prolong the suffering of both sides and just drop the idea all together.

IM not presenting this as an out right "soloution" hence the quotation marks. But i beleive it will do alot of good.

I think three major things need to be addressed, in no particular order.

1) Hamas: Hamas is spreading hate however they can and dividing the palestinians polically as they are already divided geographically. Also you can't call shooting q'assam rockets into israel productive and all it serves to do is break Israeli families and break palestinian families by extension. Also with ever rocket fired into israel Palestinian life becomes more difficult.

2) Settlements: Although the goal in my opinion is to one day restore palestine to pre'67 borders. I will address the problem's of settlement's in the westbank as the ones in the gaza strip have already been removed or are in the process of it. Since im talking about Gaza ill tell you about a settlement that isn't there anymore. It had a population of 5000 settlers and to keep it safe it need 30'000 soldiers to protect

All we ever seem to do is fight - and while some of these questions and answers are really interesting and informative, enough already...!!

Why don't we use this forum for a more positive dialogue? Muslims: accept that Israel has a right to exist!
Jews: accept that the Muslims who lived in Palestine have had a terrible time!

How about we try and think of realistic ways to move forward?

That we kill Jesus and drink people's blood? Is it jealousy?
Here are some facts:
Jews have a noted history of achievement in western societies. They have won a disproportionate share of major academic prizes such as the Nobel awards and the Fields Medal in mathematics. In those societies where they have been free to enter any profession, they have a record of high occupational achievement, entering professions and fields of commerce where higher education is required. Discussion about the source or cause of high Jewish achievement is ongoing.
Jews comprise less that 0.1% of the world's population yet 23% of Nobel winners are Jews, mostly in the fields of math and medicine.
Jews had invented the cardiac catheter, scanning microscope, the first nuclear reactor, camera phones, etc. A Jew even invented the language of esperanto.

I believe the hatred stems from an extreme inferiority complex and jealousy issues from the gentiles.
What do you think?
