What does stating that you're Egyptian Muslim has to do with your question? What is the significance of typing that in upper case?
The concept of the promised land is based on religion. I do not believe in religion whatsoever.
So, forget that whether the land was promised or not. International law doesn't take "religion beliefs" into account.
Israel is recognized by the International community as a state, and whether it is really a promised land or not is not really an issue.
Jews can wrap it whatever way they like. They have a state that is recognized by the International community. If they want to put it in a "promised land" wrapper so be it. That's what ALL religions are based on actually.
So the land wasn't promised to anyone and it is legally for Israelis. What will you do now?

Here is the wikipedia article on the matter:
The name Abraham was given to Abram (and the name Sarah to Sarai) at the same time as the covenant of circumcision (chapter 17), which is practiced in Judaism and Islam to this day. At this time Abraham was promised not only many descendants, but descendants through Sarah specifically, as well as the land where he was living, which was to belong to his descendants. The covenant was to be fulfilled through Isaac, though God promised that Ishmael would become a great nation as well. The covenant of circumcision (unlike the earlier promise) was two-sided and conditional: if Abraham and his descendants fulfilled their part of the covenant, Yahweh would be their creator and give them the land.
The promise of a son to Abraham made Sarah "laugh," which became the name of the son of promise, Isaac. Sarah herself "laughs" at the idea because of her age, when Yahweh (god) appears to Abraham at Mamre (18:1-15) and, when the child is born, cries "Yahweh has made me laugh; every one that hears will laugh at me" (21:6).

Good Luck!!!
Update - no the land is only promised to Abraham's decendent through the child he had with Sarah which is Isaac. Isaac was the father of Jacob and it is Jacob who was the father of the 12 tribes of Israel (another name given to Jacob by an angel). I am not asking you to believe this story of the bible - but it is this story which all Jews believe to be true and it does not include the Palestinians.

The Bible talks about a promise land that was promised to the Israelites. I think was called Canaan, then Israel and when the Romans conquered it was named Palestine. Today it is known as Israel.

G-d gave Israel to the Israelites, the descendents of Israel. It was promised to them, not the children of Abraham. Read the Torah

It is 2000 years before Christ, which makes it 4,000 years. Which means that JEWS were in the land 4,000 years ago. Arabs came in 700 after Christ-after the glorious invention of Islam in 622 when the aaayrrabbs left the Arabian peninsula and swept northwest to take Syria, Israel, Lebanon, Egypt and the rest of Africa, as well as moving east to Iran and towards India.
God gave the promise to Abraham 4,000 years ago.
Edit to st: How shocking! You would allow a Muslim to read the Torah?! Why, to let a Muslim lay eyes on a Torah is a defilement to Judaism!

I would really like to know who that real estate person was too!
I know that the Jewish people consider that they have a God given right to a part of the world that historically they never even settled in or created any form of Israeli civilization.
It seems that almost all the people who live in the place that has been named Israel have middle European backgrounds and speak with American accents(?).
I really don't understand why it was that they never took a part of Germany or Russia as their homeland.
This would seem to me to be far more fitting and suitable place for them to be.
The land where Jerusalem is situated should be made neutral and be governed co-jointly by the religions who all have an equal God given right to it.
It is one of the gravest injustices in modern history and its consequences are proving to be almost as big a tragedy as the holocaust itself if not even worse.

Thank you Smutty, once again you have shown your ability to cut right to point and simply state the facts.
what did or did not happen 2,000 years ago is not relevant in politics today, we need to look at the events of this period of time.
