Um yes. Even secular Jews get married under a chuppah. jeez you people are insane- it isnt totally religious and it isn't totally unobservant. There is a middle path where Jews choose to hold on to many basic traditions but might not be religious.

the only way to get married in israel is in a religious wedding, and so, israelis that get married have to do it according to the laws of their religion, that means that a jewish wedding includes a huppa. jews that do not want to have a religious wedding go overseas, mostly cyprus, but to other places as well and get a civil registration there, which is accepted by the state of israel.
weirdly enough, to dissolve such a marriage in israel, you still have to go to a rabbinical court. (if both partners are jewish, of course)

Yes.Because like here in America the only recognised marriages are secular ones at the local city hall.Then you would have a religious one.Well in Eretz Yisroel (Land of Israel) the only recognised ones are religious one.

most Jews in Israel are actual secular (not observant) therefore, I'm sure they would not get married under a chuppah
