A moderator probably deleted your question because they couldn't understand what was written there.

But to answer your question again, trains do not run in Israel on Shabbat or religious holidays, but they do recommence after sunset at the end of Shabbat or the holiday. If you need to get to Ben Gurion airport while the trains are not operating, your best bet is probably either a taxi from Tel Aviv, or a monit sherut from Jerusalem.

I would guess you were reported for abuse because I remember seeing your post and thinking you are in violation of a yahoo stated policy of writing in a language other than English on an English speaking board. This falls under the don't catagory number 19 which states:

Post in the wrong language, or post content that is incomprehensible. Content written in Spanish is in violation if it appears on any Answers English sites, and content written in English is in violation if it appears on any Answers Spanish sites.

see: http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php number 19

It is also possible that yahoo's monitors took a random search of the Israel board and reacted - though I have found these occurances rare without an abuse notification.

All I can tell you is that I didn't report you - other than that it is clear that writing a question in Hebrew on here is a clear violation of the yahoo stated policy. Sorry.

Good Luck!!!

If you wrote the question in Hebrew (without any English translation), it is possible that some rule was broken, but if what was written in Hebrew was ALSO translated into English, then it is the responsibility of Yahoo.com to PERMIT THE USE OF HEBREW IN A QUESTION OR ANSWER! And if there was an English translation, I BELIEVE YOU DESERVE AN APOLOGY from Yahoo.com FOR NOT EXAMINING THE MATTER PROPERLY...there are many of us here in Israel who expect that our LANGUAGE, HEBREW, BE RESPECTED in matters where IT IS NECESSARY TO EXPRESS THE QUESTION OR ANSWER IN HEBREW. I AM NOT FAMILIAR with the use of Hebrew as being an abuse, so long as there is an accompanying English translation.

You may have been. Yahoo usually lets you know why they deleted your Q or A. I've had several answers deleted because of wrongful abuse accusations. There should be a section in that e-mail to dispute the deletion.

It could be that someone reported you for violation. This happens when someone cannot understand what was said, and thinks that it was something bad, then the question just gets deleted.

Ani zocheret. I remember your question. Someone reported you. My cat shira posted a question yesterday and all she was asking about Israel and was reported and got a email violation for that. I will have to keep her off the computer but she likes to get on my computer a lot.

People don't know good sense of humor.

po tamu shto it was in hebrew and they were anti semetic...

in any case when you post a Q in a foreign language you should post a translation.

Same goes for answers in another language.

Bolshoi spacibo for the points.

According to the community guidelines on the American YA you have to communicate using English only. Using any other language regardless of the content of the contribution is considered a violation and could be subject to deletion.
