I think this guy or gal is really doing a number on "baldy" or "Anita" or "Gerry Hatrick". From what I've read, this guy's got all the answers. If he keeps on in this fashion, he'll be the best answerer in this catogory. Good job! I like the way you address this negativity!

Another story in www.news24.com tells of a Doctor shot to death in a car jacking. The streets are alive with murderous thugs who will stop at nothing to get even your mobile. The Government is in denial and sits in silence whilst the Tourist Boards lie through their teeth in their websites saying crime is no worse in SA than anywhere else. A woman is raped every 8 minutes and children are sodomised by the thugs in the so called Rainbow Nation.
Visit www.crimexposouthafrica.org and read the truth from ordinary South Africans who have no other means of protest.

Greetings, I'm off for a safari / beach holiday in September (from the UK). I would like to clarify the visa on arrival? Is the cost US$50 which must be paid in US dollars? I have also been told GBP£30, payable in sterling!

Many thanks in advance!

Some of my friends said that South African's have an accent. I thought that was so cool but what type of accent do we have? Apparently South Africans have the most roughest accent?

Curious again...lol

I am trying to fly a friend who is living in Uganda to meet me somewhere in Europe, preferably Italy, for Christmas, but I can't seem to find a flight for under $1,000. Is there a cheaper way out there, or is that pretty much the price range?

We've been planning with great excitement our tript to Egypt in Nov/Dec. Just when we're ready to book tickets, people have begun asking us if were sure that it was safe now with the war in the middle-east! We're not extremely worried about being targeted as such for hate crimes, but does the war make any part of Egypt potentially unsafe? How about the Sinai peninsula?
