Margate is fantastic. I went there about 4 years ago for my Matric holiday and had a awesome time. There's a lekker place called "Eat Some More" where we definitely ate a lot :-)

Camps Bay in the Cape is also cool, they have a great beachfront with nice restaurants and shops.

But my favourite place is the friendly city, Port Elizabeth! They have beautiful beaches and great places to go to.
One of my favs is a place called Barneys. It's right on the beachfront close to Kings beach. You can sit down with a sundowner looking at the sea while dolphins swim by....but right now, I'm sitting at my desk at work in Jo'burg :-(
Now you have me longing for the ocean!

The last time that i went to Cape Town was AGES AGO! My parents took me when i was a baby (which is dumb because how the hell am i supposed to remember that..lol) but otherwise my fav place to go on holiday is:

Warmbaths - nice to relax and such nice warm pools!
Sun City!! - Our own personal beach near JHB!! ha ha
Durban - anywhere!! A real beach and soooo much fun!!!!

And sometime this year i will be going to the Drakensburg and staying at Dragons Peak!! So maybe that will also be a great holiday.

Kim :)

They have had to hire an additional 40 security guards in response to the increasing number of attacks on Tourists and White people at Table Mountain in Cape Town. Nowhere is safe and Tourists should avoid South Africa at all costs if they value the lives of themselves and their families. Visit the sites crimexposouthafrica.org or southafricaiscrap.blog, com for the ordinary man's view in the lack of security in that Country. There are also some good pictures if the inner city decay on the latter site as wellas areport on the rat infestation of Northern Johannesburg suburbs caused by the non collection of refuse.

Knysna is spectacular. I just love it there. I have a nephew working there as an engineer for the Municipality and he gets us all the nice resorts to stay in. But that has been a while. Maybe, on my first visit back to SA. In 2003. Anyways, it's beautiful and lots of fynbos and forests.

There are lots to do in Knysna and you'll never get bored there. Also it's so close to my hometown. Probably why I like it so much!
