There's no such thing as a vaccine for aids, maybe you could invent one. The same advice applies in Africa as anywhere else; don't have unprotected sex, don't use intravenous drugs and if you do, use a clean needle.

As was described above, no vaccine agains HIV/AIDS. Use a condom or abstain.

As for you Gerry Hatrick or whatever name you will come up with next, get at least your facts right - according to stats Botswana has the highest incident of HIV/AIDS in Africa and India getting pretty high up in world stats. I am not saying SA does not have a problem, it has a HUGE problem, and yes the minister is deluded, but there are so many people who are fighting for the right of treatment and this has been a high court ruling as well to provide drugs, so things are getting done. Amazing that you would use the minister's name as your new name....I guess now you will change your name again...

I presume you are kidding....!

You just need to keep condoms on you - or alternatively abstain the whole time you are there and if you do get blood on you get tested as soon as you get home. In certain parts of Africa it is rife. You need to check out the World Health Organisation (WHO) advice.

Seriously they have the highest infection rates in Sub saharan Africa. One in five South Africans is HIV positive but their Health Minister has a cure. It is a drink made up of vegetables and fruit. LOL I wonder if she has any genuine Medical qualifications.
